Q: Will my batch history be available in Digital Banking?

A: Batch history reports will not be available. We recommend you print or download any information needed.

ACH Templates

Q: Will my existing ACH Templates be available in Digital Banking?

A: Your existing ACH Templates will be available in the new Digital Banking. We encourage you to review your templates for accuracy.

ACH Uploads

 

Q: Will I be able to upload ACH files in Digital Banking?

A: Yes, you will be able to upload files via CSV or NACHA file format depending on access permissions. You may need to reconfigure your current CSV upload file to match the requirements of Digital Banking. A template will be available within the new system for guidance.

Q: Do I need to make any changes to my NACHA file?

A: No, you will not need to make any changes to your NACHA file.

ACH Processing

Q: Can I process an ACH Batch on May 15th?

A: Yes, you can process any Same Day and next day batches on May 15th up to the 2 PM cutoff. Any ACH batch scheduled for May 19th or later will not be processed and must be rescheduled in the new system.

Q: Are there any changes to ACH processing?

A: Yes. Visit the Digital Banking Resource Page > Video Training > ACH ORIGINATION VIDEO

Q: Are there any changes to batch validation?

A: No. Continue to email [email protected] with your batch details.

Positive Pay

Q: What is the cutoff time for Positive Pay?

A: The cutoff time for both Check and ACH Positive Pay is 12:30 PM. All exception items must be reviewed prior to the cutoff time. System-generated alerts will be emailed to users with access to Positive Pay and have items pending decisions. Notifications are generated prior to 8 AM with a reminder at 10:30 AM, if items are still outstanding.

Q: Are there changes to the Positive Pay process?

A: Yes, you will be able to decision both check and ACH exceptions. Payee verification is now available for checks.

Q: Will exception Positive Pay items be available for review in Business Digital Banking beginning May 18th?

A: Yes, beginning May 18th, exception Positive Pay items will be available in Digital Banking for review and decisioning.

ACH Positive Pay

Q: Will my existing ACH Positive Pay rules be available in the new Digital Banking?

A: Yes, we will transfer your existing ACH Positive Pay rules into Digital Banking. However, we recommend that you verify the information to ensure accuracy.

Q: How can I make new ACH rules or manage my existing rules?

A: When an exception ACH item is presented in Digital Banking for review, you will be able to create a new rule for the payee. ACH rules can be made for specific ACH IDs and dollar amount/threshold.

Check Positive Pay

Q: For Check Positive Pay, will my outstanding issued checks be available in the new Digital Banking?

A: Yes, we will transfer your existing outstanding issued checks into Digital Banking. However, we recommend that you verify the information to ensure accuracy.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

Q: Will the RDC system be changing?

A: No, there will be no changes to Remote Deposit Capture.

Wires

Q: Will I be able to process online wires on May 15th?

A: Yes, you will be able to continue submitting wires in the existing Online Banking system until the regular cutoff of 3:15 PM.

Note: Any scheduled (future dated wires) will need to be re-submitted. Please take note of any future-dated wires to re-create them on the new system.

Q: Will my existing wire templates be available on the new system?

A: Yes. Wire templates will be available in Digital Banking. We encourage you to review your templates for accuracy prior to May 15th.

Q: Are there new wire cutoff times?

A: No, wire cutoff times remain the same.

Business Digital Training

Q: What resources are available to learn business components of the new Digital System?

A: Please visit the Digital Banking Resource Page and click on the “Video Training” tab at the bottom.  For additional help, please contact your local branch or Relationship Manager.

General Information (Retail & Business)

Q: When do I start using the new Digital Banking?

A: The new Digital Banking will be available beginning May 18, 2026, at 9 AM.

Q: What are the new login instructions?

A: Use your existing User ID (Login ID) and password to begin the login process.

Q: Are there minimum browser requirements for the new Digital Banking system?

A: Yes. Use the current and previous two major versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge.

Q: Will my existing account nicknames transfer to the new Digital Banking?

A: Yes, account nicknames will transfer to the new system.

Q: Will historical transactions be available on the new Digital Banking?

A: Yes, 3 years of historical transaction data will be available.

Q: Will historical eStatements be available in Digital Banking?

A: Yes, your historical eStatements will be available on the new Digital Banking. The system will display up to 18 months of historical eStatements.

Q: Will recurring internal transfers move to Digital Banking?

A: Recurring internal transfers will move to a drafted status in the new Digital Banking. You will need to review the details of the transfer and approve the transfer to restart the recurrence.

Q: Will future dated (scheduled) transfers move to Digital Banking?

A: Yes, transactions scheduled to occur after May 15th will be converted.

Q: Will my existing Stop Payments transfer to Digital Banking?

A: Stop Payments are saved in our core system. Any new and future stop payments will be viewable online.

Q: How long will Stop Payments remain in effect in Digital Banking?

A: Existing Stop Payments will convert with their existing expiration dates.

Q: Will my existing notifications and alerts transfer to Digital Banking?

A: After May 18th, login to review and reestablish your alert options.

Q: Will my Bill Pay change?

A: Yes. You can access the new Bill Payment service by logging into Digital Banking and selecting “Bill Payment” under the “Payments & Transfers” tab. Your existing activity, payees and 18 months of history will be available.

Q: Will I have access to the existing Online Banking system after Go-Live?

A: No. As of May 15th at 5 PM, the existing Online Banking system will unavailable.

Q: Who can I contact for help?

A: For questions, please reach out to your local branch. 

Mobile Banking

Q: When will the existing Mobile Banking app be unavailable?

A: The existing Mobile Banking app will be unavailable beginning at 5 PM on May 15th. The cutoff time for mobile deposits that day will be 4 PM. 

Q: When can I use the new Mobile Banking app?

A: Your new Mobile Banking app and services will be available at 9 AM on May 18th.

Q: How do I access the new Mobile Banking app?

A: Beginning on or after May 18th, log into the new Mobile Banking app using the same credentials as your Digital Banking. 

  • Desktop Login:
    • Navigate to our website, www.premierbanks.com. Click the “Digital Banking” button in the upper right corner to access the new system. 
  • Mobile App Login:
    • DELETE your current Premier Bank Mobile app.
    • Go to the App Store or Google Play Store to download the new app by searching “Premier Bank Digital Banking”.

Transfer Money

Use this tile to transfer between your own accounts. Transfers can be future dated and scheduled with variety of frequencies. If you have a line of credit, this is where you can advance funds.

 

Loan Payment

In this tile, you can easily schedule either single or reoccurring loan payments. You can also find important details about your loan here such as next payment date, current payment amount due, etc.

 

Account to Account Transfer

You can transfer money to someone else that banks with Premier Bank. Transfers can be set up as one-time only, or they can be recurring and future dated.

Your online specific activity can also be viewed, filtered, sorted, downloaded or printed here.

Business Banking

The Business Banking tab offers tools that help you move money, combat fraud, manage permissions and limits on your account, as well as monitor activity with a host of new reporting options.

Positive Pay

Take control of fighting fraud by monitoring the checks and ACH items clearing your account. The new addition of “Payee Match” further reduces the chance that a fraudulent or washed check clears your account without you knowing about it.

ACH Pass-Thru

With a few clicks, the ACH Pass-Thru tile provides the ability to easily import a multi-batch Nacha formatted file.

Manage Accounts 

You may select up to five favorite accounts to display on the homepage. Move the accounts to your desired display order and add a nickname to help distinguish between accounts.

Statement Delivery 

You can change your statement preferences between paper statements and eStatement. You can also manage the email you’d like eStatements delivered to. Please review the Statement Delivery Disclosure and your account Terms and Conditions for any applicable paper statement fees.

Financial Tools 

This is a new capability in Digital Banking. Once enrolled in Financial Tools you can view your accounts held outside Premier Bank within your Premier Bank profile. This allows you the ability to review your spending snapshot, create a budget, check spending trends, cash flow, net worth, and create a plan to pay down outstanding debts. 

Accessibility
