Transfers & Payments

Transfers & Payments is where you can make or schedule transfers to other accounts at Premier Bank Minnesota, as well as make loan payments.

Transfer Money
Within this tile, you can transfer money between your own accounts. Payments can be future dated and scheduled with a variety of different frequencies. If you have a line of credit, this is where you can advance funds.

Account to Account Transfer
You can transfer money to someone else that banks with Premier Bank Minnesota. Transfers can be set up as one-time only, or they can be recurring and future dated.

Loan payments
Using this tile, you can easily schedule either single or reoccurring loan payments. You can also find important details about your loan here such as next payment date, current payment amount due, etc.

Account Management

Online Activity
Your online specific activity can also be viewed, filtered, sorted, downloaded or printed from the Online Activity tile.

Manage External Accounts
You can connect accounts from other institutions to make transferring money between all of your accounts quick and easy.

Business Banking

Within the Business Banking tab, there are many tools that help you move money, combat fraud, manage permissions and limits on your account, as well as monitor activity with a host of new reporting options.

Payments & Transfers

Positive Pay
Helps you take control of fighting fraud by monitoring the checks and ACH items clearing your account. The new addition of payee matching makes this a powerful tool to ensure you don’t have fraudulent or washed checks clearing your account.

Wire Activity
Here, you can view, filter, and sort incoming and outgoing wire activity.

Payments
This tile contains a robust and powerful set of tools where you can initiate one-time or reoccurring ACH and Wire payments.

Recipients
This allows you to add and manage recipients and view payment history to your current recipients.

ACH Pass-Thru
With this feature, you can import and process ACH files with just a couple of clicks.

Business Management

Reports
This offers new options for fast and impressive insight into all the activity of your business. Create, schedule, run, and save reports to stay current with your finances. The reports that you create can be specific to your user, or they can be shared and accessed by other users within the company.

Services

This is a self-service center for eStatments, ordering your own checks, creating stop payments on checks and seeking additional help for Digital Banking topics.

You can view and download statements for multiple accounts all at once and faster than ever.

Deluxe Check Reorder
Placing your own check reorders through Deluxe is now an option within Digital Banking. You’ll be rerouted to the Deluxe website where any previous orders will be populated to expedite the reorder process.

Stop Payment
You can easily place a stop payment on a single check or a range of checks.

Preferences

Homepage Preferences
This tile allows you to toggle quick links and widgets on or off for your homepage experience. Options include a quick transfer tool, your favorite reports in one place, and a hub for any outstanding transaction approvals.

Account Preference
Customize Account Preferences by organizing accounts in a specific order, add an account nickname, and select which account details to display on the homepage.

Accessibility
Within this tile you can enable high contrast mode for an enhanced viewing experience.

Preferences

Financial Tools
This is a new offering in Online Banking. Once enrolled into Financial Tools you can aggregate all of your accounts under one profile. From there, you can categorize transactions for spending insights, create budges, look at financial trends, and view month to month cash flow. You can also view personal debt and net worth.

Manage Accounts
Customize account order, and visibility, and nicknames in Digital Banking.

Accessibility
Within this tile you can enable high contrast mode for an enhanced viewing experience.

Address Management
Here you’ll be able to manage physical and mailing addresses and update other contact information.
