Premier Bank Milestones



Commenced operations in a temporary facility.


Maplewood State Bank headquarters’ grand opening.


The bank changed its name to Premier Bank to allow for greater expansion.


The first Premier Bank branch office opened in Osseo.


Premier Bank acquired eight former Midwest Federal Savings offices located in Roseville, Farmington, Northfield, Faribault, Owatonna, and three branches in Rochester.


The White Bear Lake branch opened.


The Bloomington branch opened.


The Albertville branch opened.


The Blaine Wal*Mart branch opened.


The Woodbury Wal*Mart in-store branch and an additional freestanding office in Rochester opened.


The Monticello, Hugo and Hastings branches opened


The Blaine branch moved to a larger freestanding office.


Premier Banks celebrated its 40th anniversary.


Don Regan, Chairman, received the Northwestern Financial Review-Banker of the Year Award and the Andover branch opened.
