Position Description:
Perform Teller, New Accounts and administrative functions as needed in a branch location to ensure customer’s needs are met. Provide customer service by receiving, paying out and keeping accurate records of the money and negotiable instruments involved in the processing of financial transactions. Build customer relationships by identifying new customers and cross selling products and services to existing customers, while providing excellent customer service; assisting various bank departments with general administrative tasks and duties.
Accountabilities:
- Position requires six months of customer service and cash handling experience
- Experience in sales or promoting products and services is preferred
- Must be detail oriented
Hours
- Position will average 16-24 hours per week. Monday through Friday
- NO WEEKENDS!

Position Description:
This position is dedicated to and focused on the support of various electronic services and systems, including but not limited to Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, Check Printing, Remote Deposit Capture, Fraud Filters, eDelivery, Wire Transfers, Elan Credit Cards and merchant processing. This position is primarily responsible for Check Printing, Mobile Deposit Processing, WebAdmin Customer Care Console, Business Online Banking Enrollments, Systems Cleanup, first line of contact for client phone calls and branch questions.
Accountabilities:
- Product Support: Answer calls and emails to provide support of Cash Management products to clients and bankers.
- Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit: Review and obtain approvals for checks submitted through mobile banking.
- Check Printing: Monitor and print client orders and prepare orders for shipping or pick up.
- Online Banking: Process enrollments and status changes, provide Quicken and QuickBooks Support, and respond to messages submitted via Customer Care Console.
- Fraud Filters: Monitor Positive Pay and Positive Authorization activity and contact clients as needed to obtain approvals.
- Wire Transfers: Provide backup support to the Wire Transfer Team.
- Projects: Inactive user review for Bill Pay, eDelivery, Online Banking and Remote Deposit, fee review for Bill Pay, agreement updates for Remote Deposit and ACH Fraud Filtering, reporting and posting of fee income for credit card and merchant services.
- Accept and acknowledge all other duties as assigned.
Hours
- Position is full time Monday-Friday
- No weekends!

Position Description:
Assists with the developments, administration and monitoring of programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings. Reviews Bank's policy and procedures for compliance. Assists the bank's Community Reinvestment Act Officer.
Accountabilities:
- Bachelor degree in Compliance, finance or other business related field.
- 1-2 years banking, compliance, audit, operations, account monitoring or related work experience.
- Working knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to lending and deposits.
- Solid Communication Skills which include verbal, written and listening skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, Horizon)
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
