Premier Bank is looking for someone accountable for the maintenance, reconciliation and research of general ledger accounts for Premier Bank and Premier Bank Minnesota. Perform research and resolutions for internal and external customers.
Accountabilities:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Accounting and/or finance experience preferred but not required.
- Requires a proficient working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in current version of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organization and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while under strict deadlines and constant interruptions.
- Ability to think analytically and consider the facts, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Detailed-oriented.
Hours
- 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, day shift. NO WEEKENDS!

Premier Bank Minnesota, a family owned and operated community bank with a small business expertise has an exciting opening for Commercial Loan Officer Position covering our Albertville and Monticello locations. This position is responsible for overall loan and deposit performance of the branch by growing new loan relationships, managing a credit portfolio, analyzing and monitoring financial statements for policy and covenant requirements and reviewing collateral audits, accounts receivable analysis and borrowing base certificates. Additionally, sells and promotes Premier Bank Minnesota’s products to new/existing customers to maximize fee income. Teams with other bank personnel to participate with relationship management, ongoing customer communication and provides leadership to Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associate Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business or finance PLUS:
o Two years banking experience OR
o Equivalent experience and education combination
o Excellent communication and negotiations skills
o Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
o Detail oriented
